TKC has learned that Microsoft is now taking pre-orders of Windows 7 Home Premium/Professional upgrades and as a bonus was taking half of the regular retail price off the sale as of 7/2 while supplies last through participating retailers and via the Microsoft store but unfortunately, the promotion as of now has already ended.
